Chicken marinated and laced with cashew nut paste,
cooked with milk and cream. A superb chicken dish.

Mumbai Massala
A traditional dish cooked with fried minced lamb and grilled
off the bone tandoori chicken in a spicy thick curry sauce
with Romana Sambuca.
